CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6-7 chicken breasts, cooked
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 tsp. poppy seed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 stack Ritz crackers

Cook chicken, debone and cut into pieces. Put in 7x11 buttered dish. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Crush crackers and combine with poppy seed and sprinkle over soup mixture. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Can use 9x12 dish.
