CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6-8 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up (or 1 whole chicken)
6 oz. Keebler Townhouse cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter, melted
1-2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Mix crackers with butter and seeds. Put some on bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix chicken with 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 8 ounces sour cream on top of crumbs. Top with remaining cracker crumbs. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
