ROAST BEEF 
4 lb. chuck roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 med. onions, cut in slices
6 md. potatoes, cut up
2 stalks celery, chopped

Line baking pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. Place chuck roast on foil. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over roast. Spread soup (undiluted) over roast. Add onions, potatoes and celery. Bring aluminum foil up over sides of roast and seal tightly. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 4 hours or until roast is tender.
