SPECIAL AND EASY STEW | |
2 lbs. stew beef (raw) cut into bite sized pieces 1 c. celery, cut in big pieces 1 c. carrots, cut in chunks 4 to 5 potatoes, cut in chunks 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. tapioca 1 lg. onion, sliced Next mix 1 cup V-8 juice and 2 tablespoons wine and pour over top. Cover tightly and bake at 250 degrees for about 5 hours or until done. 6 servings. Stir before serving. |
