EASY BAKED BEEF STEW 
2 lb. stew meat
2 tsp. salt
5 carrots (4" chunks)
5 stalks celery
5 potatoes
1 can tomatoes
1 can green beans
1 jar whole onions
1/2 c. tapioca

Put all ingredients together and bake at 275 degrees for 6 hours. (You can drain the liquid from the green beans and onions; add that right away and the beans and onions the last hour so they stay whole.)
