HONEY PECAN YAM SOUFFLE | |
2 c. cooked mashed yams 1 tsp. salt 1 1/4 c. light cream 1/2 c. honey 2 tbsp. cornstarch 3 beaten eggs 3/4 c. chopped pecans Thoroughly blend all ingredients in the order given, place in buttered casserole or baking dish. Bake in slow oven, 325 degrees until set, 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
