SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, brown & drain
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/4 c. minute rice, don't cook
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (I use 2 c. grated sharp)

Mix all together and pour into a casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
