QUICHE 
12 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
1/3 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Sprinkle of parsley
1 c. or 4 oz. Velveeta & shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Prepare a 9" pie crust. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on crust. Pour egg mixture into pie crust. Cook, uncovered at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 300 degrees; bake about 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
