RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. water
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rhubarb in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle sugar and gelatin over rhubarb. Add water. Spread cake mix over mixture in pan. Top with butter. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 12.
