RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. of 1 inch pieces rhubarb
3 oz. pkg. raspberry or strawberry gelatin
3/4 c. white sugar
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1/2 stick butter melted
1 c. cold water

Grease a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Arrange rhubarb pieces in bottom of pan. Sprinkle dry gelatin over top. Sprinkle with sugar and then cake mix. Drizzle butter over top, follow by cold water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serve topped with whipped cream or frozen whipped topping.

Ice cream is good, too!
