1 large box orange jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. apricot juice
1 large can apricots, drained and mashed
1 small carton cool whip
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix first 4 ingredients. Let set. Once congealed top with cool whip and marshmallows. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over marshmallows.
