APRICOT - ORANGE SALAD 
1 can apricots, drained (reserve liquid)
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. water, cold

Puree apricots in blender; set aside. Add enough water to reserved liquid to make 1 1/2 cups. Dissolve Jello in liquid and heat to boiling. Add orange juice, cold water, and puree of apricots. Pour into mold.
