PRETZEL STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 cartons frozen strawberries
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (drain off 1/2 of juice)

Mix pretzels, sugar and butter and press in 3 quart dish. Bake 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust. Combine Jello and water. Let cool a little and combine with strawberries and pineapple. Pour over cream cheese layer. Place in refrigerator to set, at least 4 hours.
