STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
12 oz. container Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, sliced
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and melted butter together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Cool completely.

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add the sliced strawberries and drained pineapple. Mix together. Chill slightly. Pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate.
