PRETZEL STRAWBERRY SALAD | |
2 c. pretzels crushed 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 3/4 c. melted butter 1 lg. box strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries Mix pretzels, butter and brown sugar. Pack in bottom of large Pyrex dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 or 400 degrees. Refrigerate. Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread over cooked pretzel layer. Mix Jello, water and frozen strawberries and spread over cream cheese layer. Congeal thoroughly. Serves 12 to 15. |
