STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzles
3/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries or fresh
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix together pretzels, butter and sugar. Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake. Mix Jello, boiling water and strawberries, stir until dissolved. Place in refrigerate to cool 30 minutes.

Mix cream cheese and sugar, fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel mix; pour cooled Jello on top and refrigerate. Let set 4 to 5 hours before serving. Top with more Cool Whip if desired.
