HAMBURG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
1 box frozen tater tots
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown hamburg with seasonings (drain off any fat). Put in greased casserole, then add peas and soup. Place tater tots on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 6 to 8 people.
