TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 sm. pkg. tater tots
Peas (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
Carrots (optional), cooked

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain well. Add peas and carrots, if desired. Put into a greased casserole dish and top with tater tots. Mix soup with milk and pour over meat and potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
