TATOR TOT CASSEROLE 
1 sm. onion
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box frozen peas
Frozen tater tots to cover top of casserole

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat from mixture. Layer ingredients in a 9x13 inch pan in the following order: ground beef, peas, cover with mushroom soup (thinned slightly with milk or water), and tator tots. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until tator tots are golden brown.

Mild cheddar or Velveeta cheese may be added on top of soup for extra flavor and creaminess if desired.
