TATOR TOT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen tator tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger meat in skillet with onions, green pepper and salt and pepper.

In a baking pan 13x9x2 inch, pour frozen tator tots on bottom of pan. Next layer ground beef on top.

In saucepan mix soups together. Add one soup can of water to soup mixture. Mix well. Pour over hamburger mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
