TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms (fresh) or 2 (4 oz.) cans drained
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 c. diced cooked turkey
2 c. (4 oz.) fine cooked noodles
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually add milk and bouillon cube. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick and comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in Tabasco. Place turkey and noodles in shallow baking dish. Pour mushroom sauce over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
