SPINACH BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. shredded cheese (Old English is good)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt, less than 1 tsp.
1/4 tbsp. rosemary or thyme

Pour into 10x6x11 dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
