CHRISTMAS EASY NO-BAKE PIE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 Oreo cookie crust shell (prepared)
1 (5 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip (no substitutions)
a few maraschino cherries, sliced for garnish

Drain pineapple. Put in a large mixing bowl. Add pudding mix to pineapple and mix well until it is good and green. Fold in whole tub of Cool Whip till good and green. Mound it up in the prepared Oreo pie shell.

Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Decorate top with sliced cherries. Enjoy!
