PAKORA OR BHAJIA 
2 c. besan (chick-pea flour)
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. coriander powder
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (or 1 clove crushed)
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of baking soda
1 fresh lemon

Fresh vegetables that can be used: 1 potato, peeled 1 carrot, scraped (any of the vegetables may be omitted or others sub.) 2 c. peanut oil 1 banana 1 celery stalk, leaves removed 1 sm. onion
