NUT GOODIE BARS 
Melt together over low heat:

12 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips
2 c. peanut butter

Pour 1/2 mixture in buttered bar pan and refrigerate.

FILLING:

Cook and boil 1 minute:

1 c. butter
1/4 c. dry reg. vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Add:

1 tsp. vanilla
2 lbs. powdered sugar

Spread on top of chocolate mixture. Refrigerate again.

Add 1 pound peanuts to other 1/2 of chocolate mixture and then spread over filling.
