CRISP POTATO SKINS | |
Baked potatoes Hollow out baked potato skins, using inside for creamed or sauteed potatoes, then cut the skins into long strips. Butter thoroughly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (ground) and place in oven. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees until crisp. May be served with sour cream and chive dip. |
