6 med. potatoes
6 tbsp. Mazola oil or any vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika to taste

Scrub and boil potatoes about 10 minutes. Drain. Arrange in 9"x9"x2" baking pan. Pour butter or melted butter over potatoes. Sprinkle all sides with pepper, salt and paprika. Bake in 325 degree oven for about 1 hour, turning a few times.
