“ROASTED ROSEMARY NEW POTATOES” IS IN:

ROASTED ROSEMARY NEW POTATOES 
3 lb. red skinned new potatoes
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest, grated
2 tsp. rosemary
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F. Quarter potatoes and arrange in baking dish in single layer. Salt and pepper potatoes. Combine butter, lemon juice and lemon zest in a saucepan and heat until butter is melted.

Pour mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle rosemary over potatoes.

Bake at 375°F until lightly browned for 30 to 45 minutes.

Serves 6.

Not sure why anyone would put lemon juice in potatoes, but the lemon really overpowered the whole dish. I will try it next time without the lemon.
