ROAST POTATOES WITH ROSEMARY 
4 new potatoes, scrubbed and halved
2 tsp. olive oil
Garlic powder
Powered rosemary
Black pepper
1/4 c. water

Brush potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, rosemary and black pepper. Arrange cut side up in shallow roasting pan. Pour 1/4 cup water in bottom of pan. Roast at 375 degrees for 40-60 minutes or until tender.

I like to coat the potatoes in the preheated olive oil with fresh rosemary leaflets stripped from a tuscan rosemary bush in my yard and some sea salt in the oil. I dry the potatoes and don't add water for a crisper exterior and fluffier interior. Roast at 400°F.
