ROSEMARY ROASTED SWEET POTATOES 
sweet potatoes
squash oil (or olive oil)
salt
pepper
Dried Rosemary

Slice the potatoes lengthwise, then into chip size slices. Put them in a bowl and toss them evenly with oil, salt, pepper and dried rosemary. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes, flipping occasionally for evenness.

Absolutely delicious!!
