TEX-MEX CRANBERRY SALSA 
1 (15 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup canned jalapenos, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
1 tsp. dried cilantro
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Serve with nacho chips or as a condiment for poultry or pork.

Makes about 2 cups.
