2 cans fruit cocktail
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
3 or 4 bananas, cut up
1 sm. can frozen orange juice
1 can 7-Up soda

Stir together and freeze in muffin tins lined with paper liners. They can be bagged up and stored when frozen.
