FRUIT COBBLER 
2 (16 oz.) cans pears, drained
3 c. raw cranberries
2 tbsp. tapioca (quick)
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. plain yogurt

In baking dish mix pears, cranberries, orange peel and water. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Stir occasionally.
