CRANBERRY-APPLE COBBLER 
4 apples
1 c. cranberries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. milk

Combine peeled and sliced apples, raw cranberries, sugar, tapioca, salt and water in saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes. Bring to a boil, (medium heat) stirring constantly. Pour into 2 quart baking dish. Dot with butter.

Combine biscuit mix, 2 tablespoons sugar, orange rind and milk. Drop by teaspoon onto hot fruit mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned. Serve warm with whipped topping.
