CRANBERRY APPLE RICE 
1 c. water
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1 c. peeled chopped apple
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. Minute rice

Combine all ingredients but rice. Bring to a full rolling boil, stir in rice, cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Serve. This is good hot or cold.
