MA'S STEWED POTATOES 
Cut potatoes in small pieces and put on to boil. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt per potato and a dash of pepper. After potatoes are done, add 1/2 stick butter. In separate bowl gradually add 1 1/2 cups milk to 2 tablespoons flour. Pour over potatoes and bring to a boil. Simmer one minute. Great over cornbread!
