CREAM - STYLE CORN 
10 to 12 ears corn (tender)
1/2 stick butter
2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Shuck and remove silks. Wash in cold water. Start from small end of ear and shave top kernels off. With knife blade scrape remaining milk substance. Put in skillet adding other ingredients. Let cook until thick. Stir frequently.
