CHOCOLATE SWIRL CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. or 3 pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place cream cheese in mixer and beat until creamy. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.

CHOCOLATE SWIRL:

Melt a few chocolate chips or a Hershey bar. Add a little cheesecake mixture to chocolate and swirl into cheesecake. After cheesecake is done, add topping.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Bake 5 minutes more.
