CELERY CASSEROLE | |
3 c. diced celery 2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 1 sm. pkg. almonds, white slivered 1 individual pkg. Ritz crackers 1 stick butter Parboil celery in salted water for 8 minutes. Drain. Mix together next 3 ingredients. Stir in celery. Crush Ritz crackers and mix into stick of melted butter. Sprinkle cracker mixture of top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. |
