KOSHER FOR PASSOVER PINEAPPLE
KUGEL
 
3 c. matzoh farfel
5 eggs, separated
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. salt
1 stick melted butter
2 c. apple sauce
1 can crushed pineapple

Wet farfel. Beat yolks, salt, sugar, and butter. Mix with farfel. Add applesauce, pineapple, cinnamon. Beat whites until stiff. Fold in with other. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Bake in a 3 1/2 quart buttered casserole dish at 350°F for 40 minutes.
