MARINADE FOR GRILLED LAMB OR CHICKEN | |
1 c. yogurt 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. chopped mint leaves 1/2 tsp. dry oregano 1/2 tsp. dry rosemary 2 lamb steaks or 1/2 chicken breasts Mix all ingredients. Cover lamb steaks or chicken breasts with mixture and marinate 30 minutes to 4 hours (refrigerate if necessary). Grill, basting with leftover marinade. |
