1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash onion powder
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. mustard
Juice of 1 lemon

Combine and simmer above ingredients; baste over chicken on grill, turning and basting frequently. Cook 1 hour.
