BROCCOLI - RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained 1 c. rice, cooked 1 sm. onion (optional) 1/2 stick butter 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup Stir broccoli into hot rice. Saute onion in butter. Add to rice. Mix cheese, milk, and soup to make sauce. Stir into rice mixture (stir well). Place in buttered baking dish. Bake at 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
