BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1 can (10 1/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Mix broccoli, soup, and cheese with rice while rice is hot; stir until cheese is melted.

Can be served over boned chicken. Place chicken in casserole dish and top with rice mixture.

To make recipe low fat use Campbells Healthy Choice soup and Kraft fat free cheese.
