1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (46 oz.) can 100% pineapple juice, chilled (Dole)
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemon juice concentrate, thawed (Minute Maid)
4 cups orange sherbet (your favorite)
1 liter bottle club soda, chilled (Canada Dry)

Dissolve jello and sugar in water (and set aside). Combine pineapple juice and lemon juice and add this to the jello mixture. Chill.

Just before serving, pour mixture into a punch bowl and add the sherbet and club soda.
