SKILLET BEANS 
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 clove garlic
3/4 tsp. chili powder
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans kidney beans

Saute mushrooms, green pepper, and onion about 15 minutes in butter. Add seasonings and beans and simmer about 1 hour.
