GREEN BEAN SKILLET | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 (16 oz.) can green beans 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 oz. uncooked fettucini Cook and stir ground beef and onion in large skillet; drain. Stir in green beans with liquid and remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring two or three times until fettucini is tender, about 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
