BEEF AND BEAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can of French fried onion rings 1/2 c. milk or bean liquid Brown the beef and drain excess fat. Combine soup and milk. Place about 1/2 of the beef in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with 1/2 of the beans and soup mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the onion rings. Repeat with other 1/2. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields about 4 servings. |
