CHEF'S SPINACH SALAD | |
1 pkg. fresh spinach 1 c. Italian dressing 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4 lb. bacon 1 tbsp. sugar 1 hard boiled egg, chopped Add sugar to dressing and marinate mushrooms in dressing for 1/2 hour. Fry bacon crisp and crumble. Clean and break spinach into small pieces. Add all ingredients to spinach and toss and serve. |
