FRUIT CHEF SALAD 
1 crisp med. head lettuce or (iceberg or Romaine)
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. pineapple chunks (fresh or canned) or unpared apple, chopped
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp. French dressing
3 chilled oranges, sectioned

Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Add rest of ingredients and toss. Makes 4 servings.
